On August 11, 2021, the comprehensive optimization and treatment project of the roasting kiln exhaust system of Tianqi Lithium Industry (Shehong) Co., Ltd. undertaken by our company successfully passed the acceptance test at one time, and the test index was better than the performance assessment index. There is no successful case of this project in the lithium battery industry. Our company needs to focus on solving the existing exhaust gas deodorization problem, achieve ultra-clean emission of flue gas particulate matter and eliminate white smoke plumes and other performance indicators, while making full use of the owner's idle desulfurization equipment and fans. According to the relevant technical parameters provided by the owner (the original flue gas odor threshold is as high as 50,000), our company finally formulates the economic and technical process for the owner.  

The project lasted for nearly 5 months. After careful design and construction, the one-time commissioning was successfully accepted and put into operation, and the operation of the new system was ensured without affecting the production and production capacity of the roasting kiln. The successful operation of this project has established a demonstration project for the comprehensive treatment of roasting kiln flue gas in the lithium battery industry. On this basis, our company will further optimize and improve the system, and provide customers with high-quality, sophisticated, economical and applicable comprehensive management solutions.
