This project is a 1×150t/h blue carbon tail gas boiler desulfurization technical transformation project. The original ammonia desulfurization system was transformed into a lime-gypsum desulfurization system, and the SO2 emission concentration was increased to 50mg/m3 and the particulate matter concentration was increased to 10mg. /m3, while solving the problem of white smoke from the chimney of the original system. The transformation principle is to use the original desulfurization tower body, remove the original tower internals and re-install new tower internals, and try to make use of the old original equipment, pipeline valves, instrumentation, etc. Reduce investment for users. The project was signed in June 2020 and put into operation in August 2020. After the transformation, various emission data meet the design index requirements.
