This project is the flue gas desulfurization project of the anode slime side-blown furnace flue gas of Jiyuan Wanyang Smelting (Group) Co., Ltd. No. 6 Branch Plant, which adopts the lime-gypsum method. The flue gas volume is 120,000 Nm3/h, the SO2 concentration is 10,000 mg/m3, the flue gas temperature is 80 °C, and the particulate matter is 30 mg/m3. The emission concentration SO2 is less than or equal to 60mg/m3, and the outlet of the particulate matter desulfurization system is not larger than the inlet (≤30mg/m3). After denitrification, the flue gas enters the two-stage desulfurization tower to remove SO2 in the flue gas to below 60mg/m3. The flue gas after desulfurization is taken out from the top flange of the tower and introduced into the subsequent purification system for further purification and discharge. The control system adopts PLC + upper computer, and all equipment adopts one or more of the three control modes of counter, local and upper computer according to the needs. The project was signed in March 2019 and completed construction and started operation in August 2019.
