The total air volume is 270,000 Nm3/h (150,000 in the first branch and 120,000 in the third branch), the SO2 concentration is 3000mg/m3, the flue gas temperature is 50-80℃, and the particulate matter is 30mg/m3. The emission concentration SO2 is less than or equal to 60mg/m3, and the outlet of the particulate matter desulfurization system is not larger than the inlet (≤30mg/m3). The first branch and the third branch of the sanitary dust collection ring collecting flue gas are mixed and aggregated, and then sent to the desulfurization tower through the aggregated flue. The control system adopts PLC + upper computer, and all equipment adopts one or more of the three control modes of counter, local and upper computer according to the needs. The project was signed in April 2018 and completed construction and started operation in November 2018. 

The reduction furnace flue gas desulfurization project of the second branch plant adopts the lime-gypsum method. The reduction furnace flue gas volume is 50000Nm3/h, the SO2 concentration is 15000mg/m3, the flue gas volume of the flue gasifier is 50000Nm3/h, the SO2 concentration is 8000mg/m3, the flue gas temperature is 100-150℃, and the particulate matter is 30mg/m3. The emission concentration SO2 is less than or equal to 60mg/m3, and the outlet of the particulate matter desulfurization system is not larger than the inlet (≤30mg/m3). The flue gas from the reduction furnace and the flue gas in the second branch is mixed and collected, and then sent to the primary desulfurization tower through the aggregated flue. In the lower part of the tower, the SO2 in the flue gas is absorbed by the secondary desulfurization tower to the design value. The flue gas after desulfurization is taken out from the top flange of the tower and introduced into the subsequent purification system for further purification and discharge. The control system adopts PLC + upper computer, and all equipment adopts one or more of the three control modes of counter, local and upper computer according to the needs. The emission concentration SO2 is less than or equal to 60mg/m3, and the outlet of the particulate matter desulfurization system is not larger than the inlet (≤30mg/m3). The flue gas after desulfurization is taken out from the top flange of the tower and introduced into the subsequent purification system for further purification and then discharged.
