This project is the EPC project of the limestone conveying device for the 260t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in the water car workshop of Yankuang Guohong Chemical Co., Ltd. The boiler of this project uses 200-250 mesh finished limestone powder as desulfurization agent for in-furnace desulfurization. The finished limestone powder is unloaded from a sealed tanker to a limestone powder silo with a volume of 300m3. There are three discharge ports under the limestone powder silo for dual use and one device. Each discharge port is equipped with a silo pump, a set of limestone powder continuous system, and a conveying pipeline. Each conveying system conveys the limestone powder to the boiler limestone feed port through a conveying distributor. The longest distance of conveying geometry is about 150m, the vertical lifting height is about 15m, and the output of a single conveying pipe is adjustable from 0-6t/h. The limestone conveying device mainly includes limestone powder silo, filling pipeline, silo top dust collector, vacuum release device, feeding pump, inlet and outlet flapper valve, fluidization pipeline, balance pipeline, rotary feeder, sealing pipeline, connecting piece , Material level meter, conveying gas source buffer tank and gas source pipeline, equipment valve, instrument, body equipment cable, control system, etc. The project started construction on July 15, 2017 and was completed on September 30, 2017.
