Process principle:
The reducing agent ammonia (NH3) is injected into the independent reactor area with a flue gas temperature of 280~420 °C, and under the action of the reactor catalyst, the nitrogen oxides (NOX) in the flue gas are reduced to harmless nitrogen ( The process of N2) and water (H2O), the chemical reaction formula is:
4NO+4NH3+O2→4N2+6H2O
4NH3+2N2+O2→3N2+6H2O
NO2+NO+2NH3→2N2+3H2O
System Features:
High denitration efficiency: ≥90%.
Low NH3 escape rate: ≤3ppm. The SO2/SO3 conversion rate is small: ≤1%.
Reliable operation, good safety performance and no secondary pollution. Scope of application: Coal/oil/gas, large, medium and small thermal power plants, large and medium boiler steel plants, cement plants and other flue gas denitrification.
