Beijing has established the “12369” petition system to transfer documents and statements; Shanxi Province has formulated and implemented the monthly examination scoring rules, and conducts random checks on the labor on duty in each city; Complaints under jurisdiction allow direct calls between the complainant and the duty personnel of the competent authority; Jiangsu Province has built a green channel for pollution accidents, and once a pollution accident occurs, the local reporting center can report it by leaps and bounds; Beijing, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanghai, Anhui, Fujian and other provinces (municipalities) implement a reward reporting system. Some regions have established an internal and external linkage working mechanism of the environmental protection system based on the actual situation.
